10/10 customer service, rooms and bathroom was super clean and the staff is amazing. The hotel is pretty peaceful and it’s not too far from downtown Charlotte. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.
Very nice presentation. Good sanitation level. The breakfast gave options. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this hotel establishment for meetings or weekend getaways. They do provide guest laundry on the 3rd floor. The surroundings are earthy and inviting as well.
Nice, clean room. Bed was a little stiff for my liking. The closet was on the opposite side of the room from the entrance door which seemed a little strange. Nice assortment of breakfast items.
I stay here regularly for work trips- the location is perfect , the staff is amazing- sally at the front desk always welcomes me with a smile and very helpful with anything I need. The rooms are very clean and the shower is unreal… walking in to the clean smell is always welcomed! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE
First time staying in this brand hotel. It was in a nice quiet area and not to far from supermarket and restaurants. The room were clean and nice just a bit outdated. The bed was soft and comfortable. The TV is outdated I don't watch cable. Wish they had Netflix on it. The bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure in my from was good. I pretty much enjoy my stay here.
Cute and cozy. The rooms are slightly dated with no USB ports but it was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly! Would stay again!
The hotel and our room was very nice. Super impressed by the size of the room. But the area in which we stayed had an awful stink to it, literally smelled like raw sewage everywhere we went in that area.. And of course you could smell it in our hotel room also that's how strong the smell was..
I stayed here for a good amount of days and it was in a great area close to a samsclub and a lot of great areas to eat. I liked it enough to stay for an extended period of time even though they were upgrading things.
